Type C Condensing Multistage Steam Turbine Condensing Multistage Axial Exhaust Steam Turbine Internal Extraction Pressure Control Steam Turbine Type B Multistage Back-Pressure Steam Turbine Single-Stage Back-Pressure Steam Turbines (Horizontal/Vertical) Using exhaust pressure as a vacuum, this high-output model converts the thermal energy of steam to mechanical energy with high efficiency. Parts are standardized for easy replacement. Axial exhaust flow allows for the direct coupling of a condenser, while the simple layout greatly reduces the cost of construction and operation. This model utilizes the pressure differential between intake and exhaust steam to convert a portion of the thermal energy into mechanical energy, allowing the remainder to be used in plant processes. With nozzles, blades, impellers, shaft, and casing custom-selected according to the number of impeller stages, this model features completely standardized maintenance parts that are easy to access and exchange. SNM offers the following series of single-stage steam turbines: the horizontal H Series; the high-output, high-speed, horizontal HO Series; the compressor-compatible, high-speed, horizontal CC Series; and the vertical V Series.
NSI BTBF(BTBFD) HTB (HTBD) MTB RTH RTV HDV SD-S CZ SIW HPRT Radially Split Single-Stage Overhung Pumps (API Class OH2) Featuring centerline support, the NSI is appropriate for many high-temperature applications. Radially Split Multistage Double Casing Between Bearing Pumps (API Class BB5) The BTBF is appropriate for many high-pressure, high-temperature, high-speed applications in a wide range of industrial processes. The BTBFD offers double-suction impeller at the first stage for low-NPSH applications. Axially Split Multi-Stage Between Bearings Pump (API Class BB3) The double volute casing of the HTB allows for easy removal and inspection of the rotor. The HTBD offers double-suction impellers at the first stage for low-NPSH applications. Axially Split Multi-Stage Between Bearings Pumps (API Class BB3) The precision-machined diffuser of the MTB allows for highly efficient operation even at low flow rates. Axially Split Two-Stage Between Bearings Pump (API Class BB1) The RTH is appropriate for many high-volume, low-pressure, medium-NPSH applications. Radially Split Two-Stage Between Bearings Pump (API Class BB2) The RTV is appropriate for many high-temperature, medium-pressure, low-volume applications. Radially Split Single-Stage Between Bearings Pump (API Class BB2) Featuring a closed double-suction impeller, the HDV is appropriate for many high-volume, high-temperature, low-NPSH applications. Axially Split Single-Stage Between Bearings Pump (API Class BB1) Featuring a closed double-suction impeller, the SD-S is appropriate for many high-volume, low-NPSH applications. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vertically Suspended Double Casing Diffuser Pump (API Class VS1 or VS6) The CZ is appropriate for many low-temperature, low-NPSH applications in a wide range of industrial processes. In addition, when the casing is removed, it may be used as a submerged pump. Line-Shaft Vertical Sump Pump (API Class VS4) With its impeller directly in the water, the SIW saves the time normally required for priming or air evacuation.
